Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders of 100$ and more (before taxes and discounts, in Québec only). Under that amount, the shipping costs vary based on your postal code or zip code.

Please make sure that your address has no mistakes when passing an order. We are not responsible for the extra fees that can occur if there is a mistake or if you forget a small detail in your address.

Shipping fees are not refundable, including on returns. They are also non-refundable if you make a mistake in your address, even if your order was originally eligible for free shipping.

Shipping delays

Your order will be prepared and shipped within 2 to 8 business days. Once your order has shipped, the delay depends on where you live. There can also be additional delays from the transporter. We are not responsible for these delays.


We accept returns up to 30 days after you pass your order on three conditions: 

-The product has been bought at full price. We don't do returns on discounted items.

-The product and its packaging are in mint condition. They have not been used or damaged.

-The product has not been discontinued. 

If your order fulfills all three conditions, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number in the message. 

Please note that the shipping fees of the return are to be paid by the customer. The items have to be well-wrapped and in their original state.

Once we receive and inspecte the items, we will email you to confirm that we have received them. We will also tell you if your reimbursement has been accepted or rejected. We can refuse a reimbursement if all conditions are not met. If accepted, the reimbursement will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. It can take several days to process. Reimbursements include the price of the items and the taxes related to them. Taxes related to shipping costs are not included.

If, a few days after the confirmation, you have not received the reimbursement, please verify with the company of your credit card. If the problem persists, please contact us via [email protected].

Damages during transport

If your order has been damaged during transport, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include the number of your order in the message. Claims have to be done within 15 days after receiving the order.
